Tailscale is much easier to install with official synology package and does the same thing. Dont need to mess around wither terminal and command lines

Loved this video, Tony - I've never used or even seen FreshRSS but am going to implement it now! BTW, loved the ID section of the Synology portion. I normally get it through SSH but that way is SO MUCH better.

Tony, thanks for bringing FreshRSS to my attention. These kind of Docker containers are really useful because they can be accessed from anywhere on the local network with the device at hand. I can probably find a thousand videos on UA-cam that show how to install FreshRSS, but none mention how to use it let alone what the container actually does. Thanks!

Nice video but I have a question I have a configuration file made by my TP Link router and in that openvpn config file there is no redirect-gateway def1 like it's not commented or written on the file. So how can I add this command line and have all traffic go through my home network.

Curious with Android removing the l2tp as an option, and this video being a bit older, is there any possibility of updating this to utilizing ikev2/ipsec? I know about openVpn but I'd rather not have to rely on 3rd party apps, if at all possible.
